Japan is well known for the politeness and good manners of its people. Not only that, it is undoubtedly one of the most technologically advanced country that will inspire you and at the same time amaze you.
What is the most rewarding / interesting aspect of your job?
今の仕事でやりがいや面白みを感じる事はなんですか？
Being a System Engineer is both challenging and highly rewarding. There is so much to learn on a daily basis and having the ability to turn major challenges into opportunities to develop your skills, both technical and nontechnical is important, making the job more interesting while keeping you motivated to learn new things.
Please describe an event that you experience the most professional / personal growth after coming to Japan?
日本に来てから自分自身の成長を特に感じた事は何でしたか？
After coming to Japan for work, I learned a great deal about prioritizing. There was one occasion when I had to deal with so much workload, and it came as a bit of a shock at first how much work had to be done in such a short period of time. However, I was able to sort through the massive stack of work and organize which tasks were needed to be done right away and which could wait a little longer. In the end, prioritizing my workload became second nature, and is now something I do out of habit.
This picture was taken while studying in preparation for the Japanese Language Proficiency Test. And fortunately, it has been paid off as I have passed the said examination.
This picture was taken at Sakuranomiya Park during Spring. It was my first time to see cherry blossoms that time and all I could think of was the pure beauty

The company truly values people on a personal level, which makes the hardest days just as great. Whenever I have problems in my workplace or even at my apartment, they always ensure to act on it in a timely manner.
